At IFS we have a costum. It is called Dönerstag and means that we eat a Kebab every Thursday. But this just for introduction….
That you can unterstand the problem you have to know the process in the Istanbul Kebab (aka Dönerbude ). You have to order the food at the desk and can take place afterwards. When you want to take of your jacket you put the Kebab on the table. By this action it is comment that some piece of meet or salade fall out onto the table. This can be really annoing. But not anymore mit my Invention
Yes I know it would be stylisher if I had use Ayran!

btw: How do English/Americans call a Kebab/Döner/Dürüm do they use the turkisch names or do they have their own names?
